What is the return policy?
We accept returns for most items within 3 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In Brand-New Condition: Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: Returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective stickers still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must include a receipt or proof of purchase (your original order number).
If 3 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand you may need to make changes, but because we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, our ability to change or cancel an order is very limited.
To Cancel Your Order
- You must contact us immediately at info@trustuff.in within 1 hour of placing your order.
- We can only guarantee cancellation if your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Once the status is marked as "Processing" or "Shipped," we cannot stop the shipment.
To Change Your Order (Address or Item)
- Address Changes: We can sometimes correct a typo in an address if you contact us quickly. However, we cannot change the shipping address to a different city or state.
- Item Changes: We cannot add, remove, or swap items from an existing order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
